Smart Land Plan Options
Option 1. In-Person Plan
- Includes a 1 day walkaround of your property to document and view exactly how deer are using it.
- Analysis of neighboring property for big picture planning.
- Includes full analysis of current land and hunting uses, with strengths and weaknesses identified.
- Strategic goal setting based on your vision for the property.
- Detailed Report with: exact hunting strategies for your land, strategic land amendments, where to put stands & blinds, when and how to hunt them for time of season and time of day.
- Detailed Maps with: suggested hunting zones (for strategic hunting by area), bedding areas, sanctuaries, stands & blinds, entry and exit routes, planned cuttings, trail camera traps, water sources, and food plots.
- Complete Hunter Decision Tree for your property – when and how to hunt every stand based on time of year and conditions.
- Includes Deer IQ educational materials for hunting strategically and more effectively.

Option 2. Virtual Plan
- All the above, but done with the convenience of virtual meetings – via apps and gps maps. All you need is an internet connection, microphone, and video camera on a computer.

Meet your Designer, Adam Lewis
As a 23 year educator, Adam has a unique ability to analyze complex information and break it down into strategies anyone can learn and use. Regional and national magazines have recognized this for over a decade and sought his expertise in writing whitetail articles. Coupled with 33 years of whitetail hunting in one of the toughest states – Michigan, and consistent success on both free private and pressured public lands (never having paid to hunt whether by lease or outfitter), Adam is now using this know-how to help other hunters on a more personal basis. His track record in recent years and efficiency rate in killing mature bucks (over 84% of kills on first hunts in a location) are from systems and strategies he’s honed over several decades. This experience will help transform properties and clients to see similar success.
