Step #2: Expert Coaching
This is where real growth happens – on a personal level with an experienced coach. There are several options to meet your needs, including single coaching sessions, and our 3 or 6 month programs. We highly recommended 6 month coaching program to tap your full hunting potential through the 12 personalized sessions. Part of these sessions are in-depth teaching of proven strategies to start strengthening your identified weaknesses. You’ll apply the specific results from you Deer IQ Test to help you set outcome-based hunting goals, and work through the 6 competencies of highly effective hunters – specific to your hunter profile and unique needs. Each session also includes coaching on your current hunting situations in the field, so you can apply new strategies learned in real-time and see the results.
Step #3 - Get a Smart Land & Hunting Plan
To have consistent results on your private land on the best bucks in the area, it takes both strategic land management and exact hunting methods. Adam will personally work with you to identify goals and improvements for your land to attract, hold, and grow deer of a caliber you want. No stone will be left unturned, and no cookie cutters used. Our great attention to detail will go to work for you through research of neighboring properties, evaluating your land, and establishing smart goals to make your property the top habitat in the area. On top of this, from his 34 years hunting experience Adam will perform a hunting strategy analysis, identify weaknesses, and lay out a detailed plan to hunt your property from the beginning to the end of season for maximum success and harvest opportunities. Get a Public Land Analysis
Public land hunting has become more and more challenging, with record numbers of hunters hitting the woods each year. The same old strategies just won’t work, and having an experienced and very successful public land hunter who has cut their teeth in high-pressure areas is key. Adam has done this consistently in Michigan, and can apply his experience to help you dial in your approach for a specific piece of public property.

About Your Coach - Adam Lewis
As a 23 year educator, Adam has a unique ability to analyze complex information and break it down into strategies anyone can learn and use. Regional and national magazines have recognized this for over a decade and sought his expertise in writing whitetail articles. Coupled with 34 years of whitetail hunting in one of the toughest states – Michigan, and consistent success on both free private and pressured public lands (never having paid to hunt whether by lease or outfitter), Adam is now using this know-how to help other hunters on a more personal basis. His track record in recent years (seen below in pictures) and efficiency rate in killing mature bucks (over 84% of kills on first hunts in a location) are from systems and strategies he’s honed over several decades. This knowledge will help transform those willing to learn into more efficient and deadly hunters, and can be applied wherever they hunt.
